Currently in progress, this series documents coastal pollution associated with waste plastic that contaminates vast swaths of a once pristine coastline in Mexico. Further to this, developments for the tourist industry contribute significantly to the encroachment of dwindling marine habitat for sea turtles. Here you can see turtle tracks that collide with sun beds and development barriers where turtles attempt to bury their eggs. Sadly, the turtles lay their eggs amongst  discarded plastic, often becoming entangled.
